Job Description
- Should have 8 years of experience in the IT Industry .
- Should have 5 years of experience in Ecommerce project.
- Should have experience in personalization concept.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce business operations and knowledge of personalization tools.
- Experience in user stories and SQL queries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (marketing, merchandising, IT) to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories for e-commerce platforms. In addition, lead discovery workshops to define functional requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, website traffic, cart abandonment rates, and customer retention to drive operational improvements.
