Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed user and business requirements.
• Develop detailed project documentation including process maps and business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders continually throughout projects.
• Analyze data to support decision-making processes and strategic business initiatives.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance during the implementation of new processes.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and project status effectively.
• Play a pivotal role in user acceptance testing to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with business changes or new initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and project management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
• Project management certification such as PMI-PBA, CBAP is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
