Branch Manager Kochi

To manage branch business growth, customer relationship management, operational governance and service delivery through portfolio development, performance monitoring, regulatory compliance and implementation of effective operational controls to achieve business, profitability and customer experience objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in CASA, Term Deposits, Assets, and Third-Party Products while ensuring profitability and portfolio quality.
• Develop and deepen customer relationships to improve acquisition, retention, cross-sell, and overall business performance.
• Ensure delivery of superior customer service standards, timely grievance resolution, and adoption of digital banking solutions.
• Monitor branch profitability, revenue streams, yields, fee income, and cost efficiency and implement corrective actions where required.
• Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
• Maintain operational excellence through effective management of cash, vault operations, documentation, reconciliations, and branch controls.
• Ensure audit readiness, timely closure of observations, and adherence to governance and compliance requirements.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to enhance productivity, service quality, and business performance.
• Monitor performance against business targets and implement action plans to achieve branch objectives.
• Drive succession planning, employee engagement, and capability development initiatives within the branch.
   

Qualifications

Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years (incl. team leadership)
