Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Boarding Gate Executive / Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely boarding of passengers, as well as providing excellent customer service to all travelers. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the boarding gate, ensuring a smooth and efficient boarding process
• Verify passenger boarding passes and travel documents
• Communicate any flight delays or changes to passengers
• Handle any passenger inquiries or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or disabled travelers
• Coordinate with other airport personnel to ensure a seamless travel experience for passengers
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the boarding gate area
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times
• Handle any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
