Job Title: Associate – SCS Operations – Vendor Onboarding support

Experience: 0 - 3 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and accountable professional to join the BRIDGE team to handle GDS Spain. This role is part of the SCS team and focuses on pre-purchase activities including vendor onboarding and ensuring risk compliance through the BRIDGE process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct vendor onboarding and ensure compliance with risk management through the BRIDGE process.
• Coordinate with service line requestors to gather and validate requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, risk management, research and Independence and finance teams to ensure seamless process completion.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of all onboarding and compliance activities.
• Take ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Service line communication in English and vendor Email communication in Spanish (No Telephonic conversation)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and SharePoint.
