As a member of our ground staff team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport services. Your responsibilities will include assisting passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding, as well as providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our passengers. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding procedures
• Handle passenger inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, delays, and other important information
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers by following strict guidelines and procedures
• Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure timely and efficient boarding and departure of flights
• Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in customer service or the aviation industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
