Accountant

<h2>Position- <strong>Accountant</strong></h2><h2>Department-&nbsp;Finance &amp; Accounts</h2><h2>Reports To-&nbsp;Accounts Manager / Finance Manager</h2><h2>Location- Kochi</h2><h2><br>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul data-spread="false"><li>Record and maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.</li><li>Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, receipts, and invoices.</li><li>Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements.</li><li>Verify purchase bills, subcontractor bills, and supporting documents.</li><li>Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records.</li><li>Assist in payroll accounting and salary reconciliation.</li><li>Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.</li><li>Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.</li><li>Support budgeting, cost analysis, and MIS reporting.</li><li>Assist management with financial data and reports as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul data-spread="false"><li>Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com).</li></ul>
