Job Overview

Milestone Technologies is hiring leaders with a high degree of experience in Client Management, Delivery Management, Technical Management, Financial Management and Team Management.

• Responsible for Delivery of all Projects under his/her portfolio within timeline and cost
• Responsible for Profit & Loss in his/her Portfolio by ensuring delivery within the Sold Margin and at the same time in alignment with the Target Margins. Proactive Financial Management both Topline and Bottomline
• Ensure regular connects with the Client to identify potential challenges and fix the same upfront, as well as understand the needs of the customers and position Milestone’s capabilities and grow the account revenue Y-on-Y
• Responsible for the Team working in his/her portfolio by setting objectives, providing regular feedbacks, identifying skill gaps and enable filling of those gaps as well as mentor and coach the team members to grow in their career
• Ensure strict adherence to Organization Process both from Delivery and other cross-functional needs
• Conduct Regular Review meetings (Monthly, QBR, Account Planning, etc) with the client and ensure high Client Satisfaction rates at the same focus on Employee Satisfaction Rates
• Participate in New Deals by contributing to appropriate solutions both technically and functionally. Be part of the solution presentation to the clients and enable SOW preparation and take over execution
• Should be strong in minimum of one or more areas Microsoft Technologies, AI-ML, Analytics, CRM, etc
• Provide strong Metrics based reporting to the Head of Delivery and Executive Management
• Work on Productivity Improvement and other initiatives for the growth and optimal utilization of the resources
• Be a Champion Leader and the change
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager and/or Program/Project Manager delivering complex large-scale projects
• Proven track record for the successful delivery of projects and working cross-functionally with business and IT
• Strong process knowledge of SDLC and experience leading teams using Agile and Waterfall
• Ability to create and manage detailed project plans showing the critical paths, dependencies, constraints, and resource assignments
• Understands Resource Management and the value of resource management and may practice one or more behaviors associated with the skill
• Experience working with Financial Control systems such as SAP, Oracle Financials, IBM iSeries, and various Material Management systems
• Bachelors degree, preferably in a technical field (CompSci, MIS, Engineering)

Estimated Pay Range:
