Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Lead development, optimization, validation of manufacturing processes.
• Manage end‑to‑end New Product Introduction (NPI) APQP activities.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and eliminate waste.
• Develop process flow, PFMEA, control plans, work instructions.
• Lead fixture, tooling, and equipment selection, installation, validation.
• Support production with problem-solving, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve key process parameters and manufacturing KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, IATF 16949 standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, Design, Supply Chain.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and production teams.
  
  

• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, digital manufacturing, and automation systems.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making approach.
