Roles & Responsibility (Job Profile)

• Develop, updation & implementation of QA policies, procedures and standard practices at supplier end.
• Ensure consistent application and compliance of ISO standards and Europa specific norms.
• Drive Supplier improvement projects in terms of Quality, Delivery & QA system at Supplier end.
• Review and Evaluate Supplier QA operations from each plant aligned with SBU SQA team.
• Monitor quality outcomes, PPM improvement, RCA status, Supplier risk Audit findings & Vendor rating performance.
• Daily Communication with supplier for quality, Delivery related issues.
• Suggest improvement to supplier for rating improvement.
• Drive deployment and benefits of Lean principles at Suppliers.
• Performance trends MIS, reports for data driven decision makings.
• Guide and educate all team members for Policy / OPCP / FW.
• Give suggestion for improvements in Policy / OPCP / FW as per team feedback.

Competency (Candidate Profile)

• Education- BE (Mechanical / Production) / B.Tech. / DME
• BE with Experience – 07 -10 yrs. / DME with 09-12 Yrs. in Production Line management & Knowledge of production processes
• Experience of implementation of Lean tools.
• Proficient in MS Office & SAP
• Knowledge of Quality systems & safety requirements.
• Hands on experience in working with Sheet Metal, Plastic moulding and Pressure die casting component suppliers
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor & Lean Six Sigma Black/Green belt certification will be advantage.
• Excellent CFT coordination skills, ability to resolve CFT conflicts on time.
