ACE Money Transfer is a UK-based multinational company headquartered in Manchester, United Kingdom. ACE Money Transfer provides online remittance services to individuals in 28 countries across UK, Europe, Canada, and Australia, enabling them to send money across borders in over 100 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance systems and review camera footage to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct staff screening activities accurately and confidentially, in line with established SOPs.
• Ensure all monitoring activities are properly documented and reported to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate any irregularities, breaches, or security concerns in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes by providing feedback and suggestions.

•  Continuously enhance job knowledge by developing a strong understanding of all monitoring tools, systems, and procedures.
• Participate in training programs, knowledge-sharing sessions, and hands-on learning to improve performance and technical skills.

• Build positive working relationships by actively participating in team discussions and supporting colleagues.
• Communicate effectively and manage differences constructively to promote a collaborative and respectful work environment.

• Proactively take on additional tasks and responsibilities when required.
• Manage workload efficiently by prioritizing tasks according to urgency and impact while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Minimum Graduation
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (relevant experience will be a plus)
