Service Technician- Electrical

Duties & Responsibilities

• Daily check of Auxilary Equipments & utility.
• Change process gas cylinder.
• Routine monitoring of Energy Data from LT panel.
• Periodic Maintenance of Aux- Equipments & Support during preventive maintenance activities .
• Facility related Maintenance activities like light replacement etc.,
• Liaison with external agencies on work related to maintenance.
• Support in monitoring the spare parts , follow up for material and assist purchase in store management.
• Communicate to service and plant manager in case of machine troubles/errors.
• Adhere and ensure everyone in the department follows to all safety requirements.
• Involve, suggest and implement HSE ,5S, OOE.
• Block non-conforming equipment’s and spares.
• Follow applicable QMS requirements
  
  
  

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge

• ITI University Certification in Electrical Stream.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Service Technician mechanical/service industry.
• Knowledge of Maintenance of Chiller systems/Cooling towers/Air compressors/DG units & UPS is required .
