Executive- Production

The Production Executive will play a crucial role in our Production department, responsible for the efficient and effective management of daily production activities. This role involves coordinating with various teams to achieve production targets, monitor product quality, and maintain industry-leading standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the beverages or FMCG industry and a proven track record in production management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Achieve production targets and optimize production processes.
• Monitor production lines and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Implement and maintain GMP/HACCP standards throughout the facility.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Handle manpower and ensure efficient workforce management.
• Comply with SOPs and maintain accurate production documentation.
• Identify and resolve production-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall production efficiency.
• Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in the beverages or FMCG industry, preferably in a production role.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, or relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.
• Experience in handling manpower and workforce management.
• Familiarity with GMP/HACCP standards and SOP compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team collaboration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
