Executive- Maintenance

As the Maintenance Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Your expertise will be instrumental in preventing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted production. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve any technical issues promptly, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize the performance of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical systems and utilities.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment failures.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and address production bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor and control inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.
• Document maintenance activities, generate reports, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Train and supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring a skilled and efficient team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in maintenance practices.
• Work closely with other departments to support overall plant operations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in PET preform/injection molding manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience in preventive maintenance and repair of industrial machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• A proactive and safety-conscious approach to work.
