Executive- Husky Pre Form

The Executive- Husky (Pre Form) is a key position within the Preform Division of Varun Beverages Ltd., responsible for managing and optimizing production processes. This role involves monitoring production and packaging line performance, ensuring efficient machine operation, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The Executive- Husky also supports new project implementations, coordinates with various departments, and ensures compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and packaging line performance, ensuring efficient machine operation.
• Support new project implementations, machinery installations, and trial runs.
• Prepare project-related documentation, schedules, and progress reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Purchase departments.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GHK, and food safety requirements.
• Identify opportunities for improving productivity, efficiency, and equipment performance.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for major breakdowns and production losses.
• Reduce material wastage, machine downtime, and changeover losses.
• Support CAPEX projects and ensure timely completion within approved specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and relevant industry software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally for project-related work.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
