Job Description/Requirements

What you will do:

Lead and support Sales Agents across Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, and Kakamega

Build strong client relationships and grow our reach in different sectors

Design and improve sales strategies and offers with our product team

Help us identify new growth opportunities and client needs

Track sales progress and update reports regularly

Join key events and pitch forums as our EGA rep

Help train and onboard new sales agents

What We Are Looking For

At least 5 years of sales or business development experience (2+ in a Supervisory/leadership role)

Experience working with SMEs, corporates, or public sector partners

Good at managing people and working with targets

Strong communicator and team player

Knows the Kenyan market well

Bonus if you’ve worked in consulting, education, agribusiness, or finance

Comfortable with tools like CRM and sales dashboards

Compensation

This is a commission-based role, including opportunities for growth within the organization.
