Job Description

Handle daily accounting entries, billing, receipts, and payments.

Maintain cash book, ledgers, and basic financial records.

Manage patient billing and coordinate payment collections.

Handle front office operations, patient registration, and appointments.

Attend phone calls and respond to patient enquiries professionally.

Maintain accurate patient and administrative records.

Coordinate with doctors, staff, patients, and other departments.

Prepare basic reports and assist with routine administrative tasks.

Ensure smooth and courteous front office operations.

Requirements

Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or equivalent qualification.

Previous experience in accounting/front office, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Basic knowledge of accounting software and MS Office.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle cash and maintain confidentiality.
