Roles and Responsibility

• Support enterprise-wide risk management framework across credit, operational, market, and liquidity risks.
• Monitor portfolio risk, asset quality trends, and early warning indicators.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Basel norms, and risk governance standards.
• Conduct risk analysis, stress testing, and portfolio reviews to support strategic decisions.
• Oversee ALM, liquidity metrics, and risk exposure monitoring.
• Coordinate with senior management, audit, and regulatory bodies for risk reporting.
• Lead and mentor the risk management team and drive a strong risk culture.
• 18–20 years of experience in banking/financial services with strong exposure to risk management.
• Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / Risk Management certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk, Basel norms, RBI guidelines, and risk analytics.
