Operations Expert

Education: Any graduate, Preferably Diploma in Interior Design/ Civil or any site supervision related education Location: Multiple Locations, Pan India. As mentioned in the job openings notification *Basic knowledge in modular kitchen* Experience: 3-5 years. Other Key requirements: · Knowledge of interiors site management (measurements, technical checking, and installation) is preferred. · Should be ready to travel within a territory. Local travel also involved on regularly basis Roles, Responsibilities and Deliverables: · Responsible to manager kitchen site supervision – measurements of kitchen, technically checking the kitchen requirements (plumbing, Electricals, Civil, Tiling), overseeing installation · Reporting site operations details on regular basis using excel tools. · Carpenter management and training them on Kitchen and wardrobe installation. Conducting carpenter reviews, day to day task management and supervision. · Managing contractor vendors and their invoice processing/payments · Manage customer/client queries and grievances. Drive customer satisfaction at each site to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS)
