Job Description

Requirements:

BE in Chemical or Polymer Engineering
Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities:

Conduct product research, laboratory trials, process validation, and BOM creation for new product development.
Research alternative chemical materials to support cost optimization, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain validation records and development databases to ensure product traceability and process reproducibility.
Prepare product samples in accordance with customer and sales requirements.
Compile and coordinate product launch packages, including samples, documentation, and necessary approvals.
Provide accurate BOM and recipe data to support material planning and bulk production readiness.
Maintain laboratory equipment and assets to ensure availability for testing and sampling activities.
Issue Qualified Process Parameters to Operations before commercial production runs to ensure process compliance and product quality.
