People Experience Manager

About the Role

SpurSol is a team of tech enthusiasts on a mission — using technology to build impactful, game-changing software products. We're looking for a People & Experience Manager whose core mandate is to attract, retain, and elevate talent through genuine people development.

This is not a process-heavy HR role. We're looking for someone genuinely invested in helping people grow, who can bring performance culture and our values to life at every level of the company, from leadership down to individual contributors.

What We're Looking For

• Someone whose core mandate is people development — not process administration
• The ability to cascade values and performance culture consistently — from leadership to managers to individual contributors
• Comfort with the fuller toolkit of people strategy: workforce planning, talent assessment, career frameworks, succession planning, and organization design
• An analytical streak: someone who can look at where the organization is headed and identify talent, structure, and capability gaps
• Design and drive performance management practices

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the mandate to attract, retain, and elevate talent through real, ongoing people development
• Work directly with leadership to cascade values and performance culture down through every level of the org
• Design and drive performance management practices that raise the bar on output and quality while keeping the team's collaborative culture intact
• Coach and equip leaders and managers to have honest, growth-oriented performance conversations with their teams
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning — anticipating future talent and skill needs and shaping build-vs-buy decisions accordingly
• Contribute to organizational design as the company scales — helping shape structure, roles, and reporting lines in ways that support productivity
• Act as a trusted partner to the CEO and leadership on people and culture strategy
