Job Description

Hiring: Operations Executive (Full-Time)

RECH International

We're Hiring — Operations Executive

Be the operational backbone of Pakistan's fastest-growing medical device company.

Location: PECHS, Karachi

Job Type: Full-Time

Department: Operations & Supply Chain

Experience: 2–4 Years

WHO WE ARE

RECH International is one of Pakistan's leading healthcare companies, specialising in the distribution and supply of high-precision orthopaedic implants, neurosurgical instruments, and spine products. We are exclusive agents for multiple international principals and operate a network of direct offices across Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, and Sukkur — with a team of 200 and growing.

We are currently undergoing a structured corporate transformation and are building the management layer that will take us to the next stage of growth. If you want to be part of that journey, this role is for you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Operations Executive, you will sit at the intersection of Sales, Logistics, Billing, Warehousing, and our hospital partners. No two days will look the same. You'll be the person who makes sure things actually get done — queries resolved, Delivery Notes closed, invoices approved, audits completed, and teams trained.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that reports directly to the Assistant Manager Operations and gives you exposure across every function of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Be the go-to person for daily operational queries from branches across Pakistan — city and outstation — and resolve them fast.
  • Manage open Delivery Notes end-to-end: investigate, coordinate, and close.
  • Review and approve branch invoices, and keep exchange cases moving to closure.
  • Conduct monthly operational audits across all RECH branches and present findings to management.
  • Ensure zero gaps in SAP documentation — all receiving records for Logistics and Store must be attached and accurate.
  • Deliver onboarding and operational training to new staff whenever required.
  • Train hospital staff on our booking portal to ensure smooth order placement and tracking.
  • Facilitate RMS (Rider Management System) training for internal logistics staff.
  • Bridge gaps between Billing, Sales Coordinators, Logistics, and Store — keep the machine running.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of core operations experience — medical device, pharma, or healthcare distribution is a strong plus.
  • Hands-on SAP experience (Logistics / Store modules) is highly preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; comfortable with Word and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communicator — you can run a training session as confidently as you can write a report.
  • A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-branch environment.
  • Comfortable with travel to outstation branches for audits and support.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Comprehensive health and medical insurance.
  • Direct exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional operations.
  • A structured career path in a rapidly growing national company with real upward mobility.
  • A dynamic, results-oriented team that rewards ownership and initiative.
