Import Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced "Import Executive" for one of our clients to join their team on full-time onsite basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end import activities under supervision, ensuring smooth shipment handling, timely clearance, and compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

What Youll Do?

• Coordinate end-to-end import activities under supervision, from shipment booking to clearance.

• Prepare, review, and maintain import documentation such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and GDs.

• Liaise with foreign suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents to ensure smooth shipment handling.

• Track shipment status and follow up for timely clearance and delivery.

• Support compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain proper records and filing of all import-related documents.

• Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, warehouse, and finance for import-related matters.
