Biomedical Engineer - Sales Coordinator

JOB OPPORTUNITY: BIOMEDICAL ENGINEER – SALES COORDINATOR
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering (BE/BS BME)
Experience: 1–3 Years (Medical Device, Healthcare, or Pharma Sales Coordination)

Role Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Biomedical Engineer – Sales Coordinator to bridge our commercial and technical teams. This back-office role focuses on managing pre- and post-sales workflows, tender submissions, product documentation, and international principal coordination to ensure seamless deal execution from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order & Workflow Management: Process and track sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders from initiation through delivery.
  
• Team Coordination: Work closely with field sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment.
  
• Principal Liaison: Coordinate with international vendors for pricing, specifications, stock availability, and shipment status.
  
• Technical & Documentation Support: Maintain product databases and datasheets, answer technical device inquiries from hospitals, and assist workshop teams with spare parts ordering and warranty claims.
  
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and operational summaries for management.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word); familiarity with ERP/CRM software is a bonus.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Excellent multitasking capabilities and keen attention to detail.
