Assistant Manager - Quality Assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years in a relevant Quality Assurance role

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance function, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Quality Control Circles (QCC) based on Outgoing Quality Level (OQL) and top 5 defect data, and document any deviations in processes, products, or systems.
• Oversee product certification processes, including Module B and Module D, and serve as the company representative during certification and surveillance audits.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and performance assessments to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Support the QMS team in preparation and participation for ISO, customer, social compliance, and technical audit.
• Utilize SAP (with hands-on experience in the Quality Module) to manage quality-related data, workflows, and reporting.
