The opportunity

This role is key to ensuring timely payments to local and foreign vendors in compliance with EY policies and tax regulations. It requires strong expertise in accounts payable, SAP, and local tax compliance, along with the ability to manage processes in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with local tax, statutory, and EY policy requirements.
• Resolve AP exceptions, discrepancies, and escalations proactively.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement consistent AP practices.
• Maintain accuracy in financial reconciliation.
• Prepare reports and analysis for management on AP performance, trends, and vendor metrics.
  
  

Skills & Attributes For Success

• 3–6 years of experience in vendor payments, tax compliance, or finance reconciliation (senior/supervisory level preferred).
• Strong SAP knowledge and proficiency in accounts payable processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
• Integrity, accountability, and sound judgment in all interactions.
• Flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset; able to adapt to change.
• Ability to operate with agility while maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  
  

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• ACCA member or CA finalist is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and local tax compliance regulations.
