Job Title : Territory Sales Officer

Exp : Fresher to 3 year

Location : Kannur / Kasargod


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve business development and sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Conduct daily visits to Interlock Tile manufacturing units to maximize productivity and build strong relationships
  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications to drive sales and adoption
  • Communicate product schemes and offers effectively to customers, ensuring clear understanding and engagement
  • Study and analyze customer purchasing patterns to identify new sales opportunities and tailor sales strategies
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers, maintaining healthy financial relationships
  • Collect customer feedback and address concerns promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and report competitor sales activities within the assigned territory, providing valuable market intelligence
  • Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on visits and execution plans, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement
  • Travel extensively within the assigned area (100% field-based role) to meet with customers and explore new business opportunities
  • Maintain system knowledge and basic proficiency in MS Office to effectively manage sales data and reporting
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy by sharing insights and best practices with the sales team


Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
  • Must be a resident of Kannur
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and close deals
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) for data management and reporting
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
  • Must own a two-wheeler for transportation within the assigned territory


Preferred Qualifications/Good to Have

  • Previous experience in the building materials or construction industry
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation too
