Job Description
Assess beneficiaries’ physical conditions, mobility, muscle strength, and functional abilities.
Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and other appropriate physiotherapy interventions.
Support persons with disabilities in improving movement, balance, coordination, and functional independence.
Monitor treatment progress and modify therapy plans based on beneficiaries’ needs.
Educate beneficiaries and caregivers on exercises, positioning, and home-based rehabilitation.
Maintain accurate assessment records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
Coordinate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, doctors, and other rehabilitation professionals.
Ensure the safe and effective use of physiotherapy equipment.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and rehabilitation programmes.
Perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer.
