Domestic Voice Process – Ranchi

Job Overview:

We are hiring candidates for the Amazon Domestic Voice Process in Ranchi. Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates should have good English communication skills and be comfortable working in a rotational shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide prompt and professional support.
  
• Understand customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
  
• Maintain good English communication and customer service standards.
  
• Follow Amazon process guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
  
• Accurately record customer interactions and update required information.
  
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
  

Requirements

• Any Undergraduate / Graduate can apply.
  
• Freshers: Will be hired under an Apprentice role.
  
• Experienced Candidates: Will be hired under a 6-month Contract role.
  
• Good English communication skills required.
  
• Versant Level 4 proficiency preferred.
  

Salary: Freshers: ₹14,700 in-hand stipend under Apprentice role, Experienced Candidates: ₹15,600 in-hand salary under a 6-month Contract role.

• Working Days: 6 days a week
  
• Week Off: 1 rotational week off
  
• Female Candidates: Shift window between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  
• Male Candidates: Shift window between 5:00 PM and 2:00 AM
  
• Transport: No company transport facility. Candidates must arrange their own transportation.
