Summary

The Director of Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed business objectives. This role oversees the entire sales lifecycle, from identifying new market opportunities and building strong client relationships to negotiating high-value contracts. The Director of Sales will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in dynamic, competitive markets.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-4 years of relevant experience on the same position in the hospitality industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are crucial along with a deep understanding of market trends and customer behaviour.
