Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Expectations:

Experience in Greenfield projects, including plant setup, manufacturing line establishment, equipment selection, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
Strong expertise in manufacturing process design, production line automation, and process optimization.
Hands-on experience with Conveyor Systems, Vision Systems, Industrial Robotics, Motion Control, Servo Motors & Drives.
Good knowledge of Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems, troubleshooting, RCA, and preventive maintenance.
Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and vendor coordination.
Proven track record in cycle time reduction, productivity improvement, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Candidates

Any Engineering with 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
Preferably from Consumer Durables, Automotive, Auto Components, EMS, Industrial Equipment, or Machinery Manufacturing industries.
