Position title - Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Purpose

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performing web applications across both frontend and backend domains. The role is expected to be highly hands-on, contributing directly to software delivery while driving engineering best practices, technical excellence, and modern development standards. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will work closely with product, design, architecture, platform, and AI teams to deliver cloud-native and AI-enabled digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications across frontend, backend, APIs, and data layers.
• Lead the development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business and product requirements.
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks and component-based architectures.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, and microservices that support high-volume and mission-critical workloads.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate external systems, third-party services, enterprise platforms, and cloud-native services.
• Implement AI-enabled features, LLM integrations, workflow automation capabilities, and intelligent user experiences where applicable.
• Contribute to software architecture decisions, technical design reviews, and engineering standards.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, CI/CD practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to reusable frameworks, shared libraries, and engineering accelerators to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in full-stack software development with modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Proficiency in frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, or equivalent modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development practices.
• Strong backend development experience using .NET, Java, Node.js, Python, or equivalent enterprise technologies.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and microservice-based applications.
• Solid understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented design principles, and clean architecture practices.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Knowledge of cloud-native development on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and infrastructure automation.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, API security, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, test-driven development, and quality engineering practices.
• Knowledge of observability, logging, monitoring, and application performance management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building AI-enabled applications utilizing LLMs, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar AI platforms.
• Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging platforms, and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, and modern UX engineering practices.
• Experience working in Agile, DevOps, and product-centric development environments.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale SaaS platforms and multi-tenant architectures.

They should be capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams while taking ownership of complex technical challenges and delivering scalable, reusable, and business-aligned solutions.
