Role Overview

We are seeking a Process Transformation & Technology Specialist to drive transformation initiatives across Finance and Procurement Operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Intercompany, Master Data Management, Procurement Operations, and Service Desk functions.

The role will focus on process optimization, automation, digital transformation, analytics, and operating model improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across Finance and Procurement operations.
  • Analyze current processes and design future-state solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and harmonization across functions and geographies.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to implement automation and workflow solutions.
  • Support digital transformation programs using SAP, Power Platform, AI-enabled tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Facilitate workshops, process reviews, stakeholder discussions, and change management activities.
  • Develop business requirements, process maps, SOPs, UAT plans, and deployment documentation.
  • Monitor project performance, benefits realization, governance, risks, and compliance requirements.
  • Drive adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice methodologies.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Shared Services, GBS, Procurement Operations, or Management Consulting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance transformation, process improvement, automation, or operating model initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of AP, AR, Intercompany, Master Data, and Procurement processes.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and project implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or Change Management certifications.
  • Experience with SAP Signavio, SAP Build Process Automation, SAP MDG, SAP GRC.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience with Databricks, KNIME, Copilot, or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Automotive, Manufacturing, or OEM industry experience preferred.
