Are you a seasoned leader in IT project management with a knack for steering complex change programs to success? Were seeking a Senior Manager in our SAP practice, specializing in Project and Program Management. to join our dynamic team in GDS India. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will drive innovation and transformation programs within the SAP practice in GDS.

In this role you will:

• Lead and deliver large-scale SAP transformation programs with precision and agility.
• Navigate the SAP delivery methods and best practices with your deep industry knowledge.
• Engage and manage stakeholders effectively, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
• Utilise your extensive experience to mentor and guide your team towards excellence.
• Demonstrate levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.
• Lead diverse experts working across various teams, including Finance business stakeholders, workstream leads, system and functional experts, technical architects, developers and others to define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget tracking.
• Serve as the main point of contact for project status, risk management, and issue resolution. Representing and explaining project progress to the most senior client stakeholders
• Ensure the application of best practices in project management, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile methodologies
• Provide leadership and guidance to the overall programme team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

We are looking for accomplished, creative individuals who bring rigor, passion and practicality to our growing team across four areas of focus:

• Transformation: Helping client organizations conceive of and drive meaningful transformation programs across the enterprise, leading with industry and sector expertise and the full breadth of EY capabilities
• Business Design: Evolving client engagement across all aspects of next generation marketing, sales and service
• Experience Design: Assisting our clients in reimagining, designing and deploying valuable human experiences
• SAP Transformation Delivery: Proven track record of successful delivery in large, complex, SAP programs that require specialized discipline and expertise
  
  

To qualify

• A minimum of 10 years experience with atleast 10 years in delivering SAP projects.
• A post graduate degree in Project Management, Engineering, Applied Science, Business or a relevant field
• Certified PgMP, PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Six Sigma or a professional designation such as Engineer in Training
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
