Sales Coordinator - Logistics & Pricing (Male)

Location: Edappally, Kochi

•  Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for sales and logistics activities.
  
•  Prepare freight quotations, pricing proposals, and rate sheets based on customer requirements.
  
• Source, compare, and negotiate freight rates with shipping lines and logistics vendors.
  
•  Handle procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, rate negotiation, and purchase coordination.
  
•  Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and shipment requirements while maintaining accurate records.
  
•  Support the sales and operations teams to ensure competitive pricing, smooth coordination, and timely shipment execution
  

Requirements

• Male candidates preferred
  
•  Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  
•  Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, pricing, or related areas.
  
•  Experience in procurement and vendor coordination is required.
  
•  Strong knowledge of freight pricing, quotations, costing, and rate negotiation.
  
•  Excellent English communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  
•  Good knowledge of MS Excel and logistics/shipping processes.
