Job Title:  MENA Executive Recruitment Operations DAP & PNE –Associate

Job Summary:

Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR support services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms. TS provides services to country, sub-area, area and global people teams and other EY stakeholders involved in HR, L&D and recruiting transactions and associated administration, reporting and people infrastructure. These services are delivered from our centres in Buenos Aires, Argentina; Kerala and Bangalore, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines. TS team delivers consistent, high-quality and operationally efficient HR transactional services to EY through a globally efficient and effective network of GDS centres.

Talent Services provides service offerings in an extended delivery model with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions – delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams. The team in the Talent Services team is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transactional scope.

The position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality recruitment operations, with a strong focus on executive hiring recruitment operations, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and process optimization.

Working as an integrated extension of the onshore MENA TA2 team, the role enables seamless execution of operational activities, allowing onshore stakeholders to focus on strategic priorities.

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsibilities:

Executive Recruitment Operations & Coordination:

• Manage end-to-end executive hiring operations across MENA, including interview scheduling, stakeholder coordination, offer management and recruitment administration.
• Coordinate with recruiters, Executive Assistants, Service Line Leaders, other senior stakeholders and external candidates to secure interview availability across multiple countries and time zones.
• Ensure timely completion of all hiring milestones and maintain operational tracking throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Act as the central point of coordination for recruitment-related activities, follow-ups and escalations.
• Support offer management activities, including preparation of offer documentation, approvals and stakeholder coordination.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the sensitivities, confidentiality requirements and executive-level expectations associated with senior leadership hiring.
• Track offer progress and ensure timely completion of pre-joining activities.

ATS Management & Recruitment Administration:

• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records in Avature, SuccessFactors and other recruitment systems.
• Support requisition creation, candidate progression, workflow updates and data quality management.
• Monitor data integrity and ensure compliance with recruitment governance standards.
• Generate ATS-based reports and provide system insights to recruiters and stakeholders.
• Support testing, implementation and enhancement of ATS processes and functionality.

Background Verification, Risk & Compliance:

• Initiate Background verification activities for executive hires.
• Track completion of screening requirements and proactively drive closure of outstanding checks.
• Partner with Risk, Independence, Talent and external vendors to resolve verification-related queries and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit-ready records.

Reporting, Stakeholder Management & Governance:

• Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, trackers, and executive presentations, providing insights on hiring activity, pipeline progress, key metrics, risks, and operational performance.
• Support recruiters, talent leaders, and business stakeholders by coordinating communications, sharing timely hiring updates, and assisting with leadership reporting requirements.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, operational records, and data accuracy while supporting governance requirements, process compliance, and audit activities.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and operational performance, escalating issues where required and contributing to the continuous improvement of hiring processes, reporting standards, and governance practices.

Job Requirements:

Education:

• 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment/ HR Operations or any related fields.
• Experience in global or cross-border environments is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or (MBA / MHRM / MSW preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in HR or related field at a coordinator or administrative level
• Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
• Working in international and diverse environments
