Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Management Trainee – Operations to join our team. This role offers an opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, operations, and engineering project execution across the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in project planning, coordination, and execution.
Support project documentation, reports, trackers, and presentations.
Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Assist in project estimation, scheduling, and resource planning.
Monitor project activities and follow up on pending tasks.
Support procurement and other operational activities.
Learn and follow project, quality, and safety procedures.

Requirements

B.E./B.Tech /M.E./M.Tech/ BBA (Operations) / MBA (Operations).
Fresh graduates with interest in building their career in operations.
Strong interest in Project Management, Operations, and Engineering Projects
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Exposure to engineering, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, or Industrial projects through academics, internships, or projects will be an advantage.
