Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads
- Introduce company products/services and assess customer requirements
- Schedule appointments for the sales team and follow up with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update lead status regularly
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Sales/ International B2B Sales
- Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional tone
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive and resilient attitude
- Comfortable working in afternoon / evening shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM)
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
