Customer Support - Hindi

Location: Padivattom, Edappally

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking/BPO/Customer support. (Consider Fresher with Good Comm Skills in Hindi & English)
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi
Qualifications: Bachelors degree is mandatory.
Salary: Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month.
Working Days: 5 days a week

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive – Hindi to handle customer interactions and provide excellent support services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, along with the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
Provide customer support in Hindi and English
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company processes and maintain professionalism in all communications

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory

1 year of experience in Banking, BPO, or Customer Support OR Fresher with Good Comm Skills in Hindi & English

Freshers with excellent Hindi & English communication skills can also apply.

Fluent verbal and written communication in Hindi and English

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle customer support systems
