Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Talent Attraction (MENA)

The Opportunity

EY is transforming the way we attract and engage talent across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). As part of our Global Talent Attraction team, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and engaging exceptional talent across multiple service lines and countries, helping EY build a better working world.

Based within our Global Delivery Services network, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across MENA to deliver proactive sourcing strategies, talent market insights, and high-quality candidate pipelines for experienced hire and specialist positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across MENA to develop and execute sourcing strategies for priority hiring needs.
• Identify, engage, and assess high-caliber talent through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent communities.
• Conduct detailed candidate screening and qualification discussions, evaluating skills, experience, motivations, and role suitability.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands across EY service lines.
• Act as a Talent Advisor by providing market intelligence, competitor insights, talent availability data, and hiring recommendations.
• Leverage sourcing tools, ATS platforms, social media, and professional networks to identify talent across diverse markets.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Develop and execute talent mapping projects for strategic and hard-to-fill roles.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives by proactively identifying and engaging diverse talent pools.
• Share sourcing best practices, market intelligence, and industry trends with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity within recruiting systems and databases.
• Achieve key operational, quality, productivity, and service-level metrics.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Strong experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to influence and consult stakeholders through data-driven talent insights.
• Strong market research and talent mapping capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple geographies and service lines is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.
