Backend Support Operations

• Communicate professionally with international clients, primarily across Europe, through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  
• Handle backend operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and operational issues.
  
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client-related information.
  
• Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely responses to client requirements.
  
• Build and maintain professional relationships with international clients.
  
• Ensure smooth workflow and efficient coordination across operational processes.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in international customer support, client coordination, or a similar role involving international clients.
  
• Excellent English fluency is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with European clients.
  
• Good email-writing, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
