Job Description
Production Activiies 1.Handle Production Activities, line independently, maintain SAP & production records 2. Handle Shiftwise Planning to achieve production targets and with maximum efficiency 3.. Ensure Optimum utilizing of resources (manpower, RM/PM. and machine operations with maximum productivity 4. Ensure budgeted manpower is available to run the shift without any production loss and no any additional hands kept on over time without management approval 5. Reduce product changeover, machine cleaning time and ensure machine is run at rated throughput/Speed 6. Handle Trouble shooting, Machine setting and optimizing output & increasing efficiency & utilization 7.Shift wise Job allocations in Samay/ SAP to ensure proper attendance trackin and delpoyment of Associates B. Material Handling 1. Ensure first right time product, reduce rejection and waste below target. Recycle waste without compromising quality 2.Ensure and issue/release of raw material from stores as per production plan to ensure production runs smoothly .Check and verify material received from Store 3.Ensure proper handling of Raw material, WIP and finished good and proper labeling, stacking and packing of goods, online SAP Posting & production reporting C. Maintainence 1. Ensure machine cleaning as per theschedule 2. Lead and execute PM of machine as per schedule plan D. Safety and Compliance 1. Adhere with Hygiene practices, safety and quality policy, take opportunity to find out any potential risk in any work station and bring the same to management notice for further improvement. E. Associate Handling 1.Provide training to associates for skill development/ 2. Manage & improve shop floor productivity of associates work 3. Continuous counselling to ensure adequate Associate connect and engagement to keep Attrition and Absenteeism in Check F. Others 1. Ensure execution of product development activities as per given plan. 2.Take initiative for process improvement. 3. Ensure online BMR update. 4. Fill & Verify Log Book of Machines 9. Additional for Needle Punch Keep record of Bales used, Needles changed, weight of Left over scrim, Side Cutting, Reusable Fabric, rejected material Enter machine production roll wise

Principal Accountabilities
Independently manage and oversee shift production ensuring optimal use of resources and manpowerbr Coordinate and supervise the activities of the production team to maintain highquality standardsbr Handle machine operations and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiencybr Manage material handling processes to ensure smooth and efficient production flowbr Maintain accurate production records including SAP entries to ensure data integrity and compliancebr Implement strategies to reduce wastage and enhance production efficiencybr Lead and motivate the production team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellencebr Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process
