About The Role
ARDEM is looking for a Data Analyst who will be responsible for monitoring active loads/shipments through multiple applications and systems, identifying exceptions or unusual activities, and ensuring timely and accurate communication of updates to the respective team.
The role requires a highly consistent and detail-oriented individual who can continuously monitor multiple screens and applications, follow defined processes, identify deviations, and document or communicate relevant information through the appropriate team communication forum.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a non-voice process environment, with prior experience in chat support, customer support, transaction processing, monitoring operations only.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor active loads/shipments continuously through designated applications and systems.
- Track the status, movement, and relevant activities associated with assigned loads.
- Review information available across multiple applications and identify any unusual activity, exceptions, delays, or discrepancies.
- Follow the defined monitoring process and ensure all required checks are completed consistently.
- Maintain close attention to load status and ensure important changes are not missed.
- Identify situations requiring team attention and communicate them promptly through the designated communication forum.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely updates to the team regarding load-related activities and exceptions.
- Maintain proper records of monitoring activities, observations, and actions taken.
- Update trackers, spreadsheets, or other process documentation as required.
- Follow defined escalation procedures when a load or shipment requires immediate attention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure identified issues are communicated and followed up appropriately.
- Ensure all updates shared with the team are factual, concise, and based on information available in the relevant applications.
- Perform regular checks at defined intervals and maintain consistency throughout the shift.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring guidelines, and escalation protocols.
- Support process improvements by identifying recurring issues, gaps, or opportunities to improve monitoring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling client/process information.
Monitoring & Reporting Responsibilities
- Monitor a high volume of loads across multiple applications simultaneously.
- Compare information across systems where required to identify inconsistencies.
- Recognize changes in load status, movement, or other relevant parameters.
- Immediately highlight critical exceptions or discrepancies to the appropriate team.
- Ensure no important alert, update, or exception is overlooked.
- Maintain accurate and timely monitoring records.
- Use the designated team forum/channel for structured communication and updates.
- Follow a consistent format when reporting exceptions and operational updates.
- Ensure pending issues are properly tracked until they are addressed or handed over.

Preferred Experience
Candidates with
1–2 years of experience in any of the following environments will be preferred:
- Non-Voice / Chat Process
- Customer Support
- Back-office Operations
- Transaction Processing
- Operations Monitoring
- Order/Shipment Monitoring
- Data Monitoring or Data Processing
Candidates should preferably have experience working with multiple applications, maintaining trackers, following SOPs, and communicating updates through internal communication channels.
Educational Qualification
Mandatory
- Bachelor of Commerce (Com)
- Bachelor of Science (Sc)
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor in Technology (Tech)
Technical Skills
Only candidates with the above qualifications will be considered.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable working with multiple web-based applications and software platforms.
- Ability to navigate between multiple systems and screens efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, email, chat applications, and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in trackers.
- Comfortable learning new applications and monitoring platforms.
Work Environment
This is a
process-driven monitoring role that requires the employee to spend a significant portion of the shift working on computer systems and monitoring applications.
The Candidate Should Be Comfortable With
- Continuous screen-based monitoring.
- Working across multiple applications simultaneously.
- Performing repetitive but critical process checks.
- Working against defined timelines and monitoring intervals.
- Handling operational exceptions and escalating them appropriately.
- Working in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
Remote Work Requirements
For remote work, the candidate must have:
- A reliable Windows laptop/desktop.
- Minimum 8 GB RAM.
- Intel i5 or higher
- FHD display, preferably 14 inches or larger.
- Stable broadband internet connection.
- Minimum 100 Mbps internet speed.
- Ability to work from a quiet and suitable remote-work environment.
- Required remote-access software such as AnyDesk, as applicable to the process.
Shift Requirements
Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Possible Shifts May Include
- 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift timings may be subject to change based on client and operational requirements. The reference JD similarly specifies rotational coverage across these three shifts.
