*Summary:*

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Resource Teacher (PRT) specializing in Hindi to join our dynamic education team. This role is essential in shaping the foundational language skills of young learners in grades 1–5. The PRT Hindi Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction that fosters linguistic proficiency, cultural appreciation, and critical thinking through the medium of Hindi. *Responsibilities:*

- Design and deliver age-appropriate, interactive, and engaging Hindi language lessons aligned with the national curriculum (NCERT/CBSE/State Board).
- Develop and implement lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessment tools to support diverse learning needs.
- Assess student progress through regular formative and summative evaluations, providing timely feedback and intervention strategies.
- Promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills through storytelling, poetry, creative writing, and oral presentations.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect for linguistic diversity.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school administrators to support holistic student development.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and curriculum review sessions.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance the teaching and learning experience.

- Demonstrated ability to use innovative teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques.
