- Perform testing and quality evaluation of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished construction chemical products.
- Conduct physical and chemical testing as per IS, ASTM, EN, and internal quality standards.
- Investigate quality issues, support root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, documentation, and laboratory best practices.
- Collaborate with Production and R&D to maintain product quality and support new product commercialization.

- B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.Tech/M.Tech (Chemical Engineering), or related qualification.
- 2–15+ years of QA/QC experience in construction chemicals, Paints & Coatings, Adhesives, Polymers, or Specialty Chemicals.
- Hands-on experience in raw material testing, finished goods testing, laboratory instruments, quality systems, and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, cementitious, resin-based products, and quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
