Position Summary:
The Facilities Manager plays a critical role in shaping and enhancing the workplace experience across Nestlé Pakistan. Responsible for facilities management, property administration, fleet operations, workplace services, and employee amenities, the role ensures that employees, visitors, and business stakeholders experience safe, efficient, and well-managed work environments. The position partners with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and leadership teams to drive operational excellence, cost optimization, compliance, and continuous improvement across all workplace services.

A day in the life of an Employee Services Manager:
•    Responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of workplace and employee services across Kabirwala Factory. 
•    Oversee facilities operations, property management, vehicle fleet management, and workplace services to create safe, efficient and engaging work environments. 
•    Employee Services Manager will manage office facilities, expatriate residences, lease agreements, utilities, maintenance activities, and service providers while ensuring compliance with company policies and governance requirements. 
•    Partner closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, and external vendors to drive operational excellence and deliver high-quality services across the market.
•    Lead workplace improvement projects, budget management, event support, housekeeping services, safety initiatives, and service standardization programs. 
•    Identifying efficiencies, enhancing service delivery, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships, the Services Manager helps create an environment where people and business can thrive.

What Will Make You Successful? 
•    Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline, supported by solid experience in facilities management, administration, customer service, or project management. 
•    Strong expertise in facilities operations, property management, fleet administration, and vendor management
•    Ability to build trusted partnerships and effectively manage diverse stakeholders and service providers.
•    Strong project management, problem-solving, decision-making, and budget management capabilities
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
•    Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional workplace experiences through operational excellence and customer-centricity.
•    Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams while driving accountability and results
