Job Description

Do you enjoy speaking with students, understanding their needs, and helping them make the right academic decision? Tele Counsellors are the first point of contact at Expertie. You are the voice that helps a student understand their options and take the next step confidently. The role blends counselling, clarity, and sales over calls.

What youll do

Make outbound and inbound calls to students and parents to explain academic options
Understand their goals, concerns, and preferences to give accurate guidance
Explain courses, colleges, and career paths in clear, simple terms
Build rapport through honest, trust-based communication
Maintain consistent follow-ups to move students through the admissions pipeline
Convert interested leads into admissions using ethical persuasion
Maintain CRM logs, call notes, and daily follow-up records
Coordinate with operations and counselling teams for smooth onboarding

What were looking for

Excellent communication in Hindi and English
Ability to simplify information and provide clarity
Persuasive yet empathetic calling style
Consistent, disciplined, and target-driven
Strong calling and follow-up attitude is essential
Graduate or postgraduate in any stream
Freshers are welcome if communication is strong

Growth: Senior Tele Counsellor, Team Lead, or Admissions Specialist.

Interview process
