Job Description

Do you enjoy helping students understand their strengths and choose a career direction with confidence? Career Guidance Specialists help students explore opportunities and pick the academic pathway that fits their future. The role blends career guidance, counselling, and calling-based sales.

What youll do

Make outbound and inbound calls to discuss career goals and academic interests
Help students understand courses, colleges, exams, and the career outcomes of each
Give personalised recommendations based on strengths, preferences, and budget
Build rapport and trust through clear, structured conversations
Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
Convert interested queries into confirmed admissions through ethical persuasion
Maintain CRM logs, call histories, and follow-up schedules
Work closely with counselling and operations teams for a smooth move into admissions

What were looking for

Excellent communication in Hindi and English
Ability to explain complex academic and career pathways in simple terms
Empathetic yet persuasive communication style
Target-driven, consistent, and confident
Strong calling and follow-up ability is essential
Graduate or postgraduate in any stream
Freshers are welcome if communication is strong

Growth: Senior Career Specialist, Counselling Lead, or Training roles.

Interview process
