To manage and optimize extrusion press operations for consistent production, high product quality, and maximum equipment efficiency while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost targets.

Principal Accountabilities
Monitor and control extrusion press performance to meet production targetsbrOptimize process parameters to improve productivity quality and yieldbrLead troubleshooting and rootcause analysis of equipment and process issuesbrEnsure compliance with safety environmental and quality standardsbrCoordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for extrusion presses and related equipmentbrAnalyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiativesbrSupport new product development trials and process validation activitiesbrTrain and mentor operators and junior engineers on best practicesbrManage material utilization and reduce scrap downtime and operational costsbrCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to achieve customer and organizational requirements
