Job Highlights

• Meeting shift targets and handling day to day production activities with due consideration to safety
• Effective supervision of shift personnel and detailed shift reporting
• Man-Machine management & decision making in his area during the shifts
• Follow up for maintenance jobs in shifts.
• Efficient utilization of energies, its monitoring.
• Ensure assets utilization at its fullest capacity and monitoring cycle times.
• Ideas for process improvements and cost savings proposals.
• Participation in implementing various Managements systems like ISO, meeting compliance audits (internal / external as applicable/cross functional) etc.
• Aware about HAZOP study, JSA, Risk assessment & must be acquainted with P & ID’s.
• Managing documents like SOP & formats, work instructions etc.
• Handle emergency situations & inform the superiors for any deviation, act as an incident controller in absence of SMC - Site Main Controller.
• Preferred high pressure reaction experience.
  
  

Experience / Skills

• B E or B Tech in Chemical Engineering
• 5-7 years of experience in chemical industries
• Good Communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP added advantage
